  The Service has gone down hill, when we arrive we sat at the front for a while with no one to assist us. We went with intent of using a $10 Coupon today, I asked the Server when we were ordering would it be an issue if I order the $35 instead if the 2/$22 could I use the coupon because of the drinks. She said yes but I had to order extra $10 to cover the drink difference, So when it came time to pay she told us we couldn't use the coupon at all, so on top of everything we had to spend extra for no reason. We also had no Steak sauce or ranch till we were more than 1/2 way threw our meal, we had to call the server over 3 times because she kept walking by and not addressing us at all. And at the end of the meal she over charged me for the meal by $7 for no reason! We went in for the 2/$22 or to use the $10 coupon and couldn't do either and we're charged $51 at the end of the meal, we have been coming to this Chills for over 7 years and probably will not be going anymore....
