- 5 / 5By N ValentinI ordered a fajita trio for pick up and when I got home I noticed it did not have the grilled chicken. So I called and the manager gave me the option of reimbursing me part of my bill to make up for what I did not receive or making me a complete new order within 15 minutes if I want to go back. I chose to go back because my son wanted chicken. When I got there 15 minutes later my new order was ready for me (with all the meats) and the manager said he also reimbursed my credit card part of the meal for my inconvenience of having to go back out on such a cold night. I appreciate that if they make a mistake they will more than make up for it. Good job!August 16, 2016
