  Store is well organized, clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only issue is they seem to restock at weird times, and sometimes will block off entire sections of the store. I know it has to be done at some point, but 9:00 on a Friday is probably not a great time to do that.

  Good location. Employees are helpful and store is well organized. They have a good selection of food items. I usually only go here for sales. Kroger card is the only way to save money. Store is usually busy but I can get in and out pretty quickly.

  Our family has shopped this store for 15 years and recently, we've become very frustrated and disenchanted with the store. The employees and managers are often unapproachable and rude. The store does not stock the shelves adequately and often times certain items we want are gone, or, no longer available. Since the new manager arrived, the specialty breads and produce area is depleted of stock. They had a wine discount a few weeks back and our order was never filled. I wrote to the President and did receive a reply but we have decided to to the Kroger Signature store in Plano off of 14th street. It's an amazing the difference in the two stores. This Plano store is abundantly stocked and every employee greets you and asks if there is anything they can help you with. Miriam, a store manager, gave us the wine discount when she heard our story. I'd recommend anyone reading this to drive the additional 2 miles for a better Kroger experience.
